Founded on 15th September 2020 by Mr. and Mrs. Ntaji, Elinor Catering School was established with a clear vision: to empower young people through practical, industry-focused education that creates opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong success.
What began with just seven pioneering students has grown into one of the leading vocational training institutions in Calabar, dedicated to developing skilled professionals in hospitality, catering, event management, fashion design, and digital technology.
Through quality instruction, hands-on practical training, and a commitment to excellence, the school has continued to transform lives by equipping students with valuable skills that meet the demands of today's job market and business environment.
In 2024, Elinor Catering School was recognized by the Cross River State Government for its outstanding contribution to youth empowerment and skills acquisition, reflecting its positive impact on individuals and the wider community.
